Professional Bodybuilders In Bodybuilding Industry
“Bodybuilding” represent a method for maximizing and increasing muscle hypertrophy. A person who is engaged in this type of activity is known as a “bodybuilder”. In professional bodybuilding, bodybuilders ( musclebuilders ) show their body physique to judges, who give them points based on their visual aspect.
Bodybuilders are showing their big muscles by a combination of fat loss oils, and bronzing ( tanning lotions). These oils are mixed with light and the muscle groups are more defined.
Well-known bodybuilders include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Charles Atlas. Last year, in 2008, Dexter Jackson won the title of Mr. Olympia as the world’s top bodybuilder.
Anabolic Steroids Use in Bodybuilding
Early 1990s was the period who saw the rise of anabolic steroids used in professional bodybuilding and a lot of other sports. To combat this, the IFBB ( The International Federation of BodyBuilders ) introduced doping examinations for steroids and some other banned or illegal substances.
Some of the professional muscle-builders still used anabolic steroids in bodybuilding competitions. In the 1970s the use of anabolic steroids was discussed because of the fact they were legal. However the United States Congress in the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 1990 added anabolic steroids to the federal schedule III of the Controlled substance act (CSA).
